“Hi, my name’s Carol but most kids call me Clumsy Carol.”

Carol can admit that she is awkward and occasionally clumsy, but after a series of unfortunate events, Carol starts to believe that she is “clumsy” and that she will never be good at doing anything.

After waiting for the school bus in the pouring rain, Carol’s day goes from bad to worse. Not only is her confidence and self-esteem put to the challenge but she begins to become withdrawn and pull away from her friends in order to avoid further humiliation.

Feeling unsure of herself and rather worthless, Carol soon discovers that there is a place in the world where she feels comfortable and confident.

Carol finds her niche!
