Haruka is a girl who lives in Japan. Before leaving the house to go to school, she takes her lunch and goldfish-shaped kite. As she walks towards the metro, she passes in front of a Shintoist temple and a castle built during Samurai times and when she goes through the park with cherry trees in blossom, the kite gets tangled in the branches...
